Introduction

The EQ1 is an in-line equalizer that compensates for the uneven broadband frequency response (cable loss) often present in distribution systems.

By inserting the EQ1 at the input of the distribution amplifier, sloping cable loss is compensated and the amplifier input is provided with a flat broadband frequency response.

Use with any 1GHz distribution amplifier to compensate for negatively sloped cable loss.

The frequency range is available for example:
EQ1-86006W (5-860MHz / slope 6dB / waterproof)
EQ1-55009W (5-550MHz / slope 9dB / waterproof)
